Frank L. Koles, III attended Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting in 1966. Thereafter, he attended the Louisiana State University School of Law from which he received a Juris Doctor degree on January 26, 1970.

On May 14, 1970, Mr. Koles was admitted and licensed to practice as an Attorney and Counselor at Law. Since that time, Mr. Koles has been engaged in the private practice of law. During this period of time, he also worked with the Louisiana Constitutional Convention of 1974 for approximately one year until the convention's conclusion and as an Assistant District Attorney for the 21st Judicial District for approximately six years during the 1980s.

Since August of 1992, his law offices have been located at 11919 Bricksome Avenue, Suite E-5, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
